SYNOPSIS: This lesson has been in my spirit all week. I saw a video that took place in Israel on Monday at the Knesset. There was actual fist fighting going on in that building. Actual fighting between government officials. Hebrew Brother verse Hebrew brother. What is the fighting about? Has this happened to Israel in the past? If so what was that outcome? Is this a true sign of the end? When one Israeli government official is calling for the bloodshed of another official. The reason being because one wants to follow Torah and the other does not. In this lesson we are going to study biblical history that is happening in our world today. This will be a massive note taking message. So get a few pens and a lot of paper. <br />

HASHABBAT LESSON: BROTHER WILL FIGHT BROTHER. Romans 15:4 everything written in the past was written to teach us. Mattiyahu (Mat) 10:21-23 Brother verse brother. Luke 11:14-23 a kingdom divided will fall. Mattiyahu (Mat) 7:21-27 look at the order of HIS teaching. B’resheet (Gen) 37:4 they can not even speak to each other civilly. B’resheet (Gen) 19:9 break the door down, where were they? 1 Sh’mu’el (Sam) 8:1-3 the corrupt justice system. 1 Sh’mu’el 8:4-7 they are rejecting me. 1 Sh’mu’el (Sam) 8:8-18 do what they say, but give them a sober warning. Yechezk'el (Eze) 37:1-14. Ya’akov (Jam) 4:7-10 your revival happens after you do this. Mattiyahu (Mat) 6:27-33 ask not what the KINGDOM can do for you, but what you can do for the KINGDOM.<br />

The Lord has a two fold mission statment for all of us that starts with salvation and follows through with strengthening. He said this in Luke before He was almost thrown off the cliff and through Isaiah somewhere around Chapters 60-63. The verses are 1-3. This video focuses on the strengthening part of His mission. Gleaning The Scriptures as a whole is focused on strengthening those who are already saved through educating them: "My people perish for lack of knowledge" is the warning being heeded by GTS that was spoken through Hosea.

No, you can't earn your salvation, and you can't make him save you. Your eternal fate is solely at God's discretion. He adopts us as sons or he doesn't. However, God has told us that he will save or condemn us based on our faith in him and also that we can be disinherited for rejecting him. There is no contradiction in this with anything in Romans. It is not a "salvation by works" or "salvation by merit" soteriology. God the when, if, and how of your salvation, no matter what you do or believe.
There is a lot of truth in both Calvinism and Arminianism, but just like every other -ism, neither is complete, because they both try to fit God into a brain-sized box.

My wife said that the tune reminded her of berry picking. I thought about that and decided it was appropriate. When I lived in Alaska we used to pick wild cranberries for jam that my grandfather would adore. It's a very happy memory.
