SYNOPSIS: today’s lesson is about preparing for tomorrow holy day of Shavuot. Why, so that you can comprehend what the spoken and written word is all about. For on the Day of Judgment people will have to give account for every careless word they have spoken. What does YESHUA mean by these words? I though YESHUA said we are living under grace. We will also study what a Ketubah is and how it applies to the gentiles and the Jews. We stand by and pray that you give us strength to keep in our lives your Katubah and what are vows mean to you. <br />

HASHABBAT LESSON: THE SPOKEN WORD. Mattiyahu (Mat) 12:36-37 for every careless word they have spoken. Ephesians (Eph) 5:24-27 the Messianic Community to himself as a bride to be proud of. Vayikra (Lev) 23:1-2 are ELOHIM’S days. D’varim (Deut) 28:11-15 YEHOVAH promises to do this if you do that. Psalm (Ps) 22:23-25 a promise made in front of YEHOVAH’S witnesses. Mishal (Prov) 20:25 think before you speak. D’varim (Deut) 23:21-23 a voluntary spoken word. Mark (Mar) 6:22-24 you cannot bring back those words. B’resheet (Gen) 24:51-58 let your yes be yes. B’midbar (Num) 23:19 this is very important, for YEHOVAH would never make you do what HE does not due. D’varim (Deut) 27:2-3 The Ketubah…Sh’mot (Ex) 24:7-12 YEHOVAH told Moshe come get the Ketubah. Yochanan (Jn) 8:5-10 HE used HIS finger. Revelation (Rev) 19:9 your written invitation. Sh’mot (Ex) 32:30-33 blot me out. Revelation (Rev) 3:4-5 are you on the guest list.<br />

Forgiveness of sins and eternal life are gifts of God, granted by his grace alone. Nobody can buy or work their way into eternal life. Eliezer, Ishmael, and Isaac make a great illustration of God's plan.

Eliezer was Abraham's chief servant. He worked for Abraham his whole life, helping him build his wealth and watch out for his family. If Abraham had died without children, Eliezer would have been his heir according to the traditions of man. He was a faithful servant, but his inheritance would have been the wages of his own efforts.

Ishmael was Abraham's firstborn son according to the flesh. However, he was also the son of a slave. If Abraham had not had another son by a free wife, Ishmael would have inherited God's covenant as Abraham's firstborn, displacing Eliezer, in accordance with the laws of both man and biology.

Isaac was a child of promise, conceived through miraculous intervention. Sarah's time in Abimelech's house might cast a shadow over Isaac's right of inheritance as Abraham's biological son, but God's decree overrides anything man might do. Isaac inherited the covenant promises of Abraham because God intervened and made it happen, apart from any natural or man-made law, and Abraham believed him.

This is an image of our salvation, which is granted by divine intervention according to our belief in God's promises.

The two biggest events in Israel's history happened at Passover, and throughout the Bible, revivals were marked by a subsequent Passover celebration.

⁣Joe Aymond grew up in Port Barre, LA where his dad began teaching and exposing him to music at a very young age. In 1996, Joe joined together with 4 friends and formed a worship band. With the invaluable support and direction of their youth pastor, Chris Burney, Xtreme Faith traveled from Louisiana to Florida for the next 3 1/2 years leading worship for youth ministries, camps, and retreats. During this time, Joe felt the unmistakable call to ministry.

In 2000, Joe moved to DeRidder, Louisiana, where he traveled, singing and leading worship for Evangelist Kelly Hendren. In 2001, Joe became the Student Pastor at Grace in DeRidder. During his 14 years at Grace, Joe has preached, taught, and led worship all across the country.

In mid-2006, the Father began speaking to Joe and disturbing his peace. Joe began digging and studying everything he could to find out what the Father was teaching, where He was guiding him, and what direction he was to take. Joe and his little family studied and observed Torah personally for several years until the Father called them to step out from their church staff position in 2015. After taking time to seek the Father on what to do next, Out of Ashes Ministries was born. OAM continues to grow, being a bridge for those whom the Father is awakening, and providing a safe and healthy place to come together to learn and grow in The Way of Messiah Yeshua, the Torah.

Joe currently resides in Rosepine, LA with his beautiful wife Heather and four children: Gabriella, Genevieve, Josiah, and Asher.
