In Other / Rights Managed (RM) License

no way to friend people that make a page post without commenting under any of their page posts.

Good point. I'll look into it. I think it is important to see the person's name on their Pages.

I have now added the Page owner's name under the page name, so you can click on that to go to the owner's profile and then Friend them or open a chat from their profile page.
