Before the assembly in antioch, all "Christians" were called Nazarenes and Jessaeans, according to the Roman Catholic Church. https://nazarenejudaism.com/?page_id=638 The Bible says Paul is the ringleader of the Nazarenes Acts 24:1-5. These Nazarenes and Jesseans obeyed the law of moses, kept the sabbath on the seventh day of the week, and read the tanach in hebrew. History shows this continued until the Roman Catholic Church made it illegal, and burned them at the stake. Both Protestants and Catholics murdered the first sects of Nazarenes and Jesseans, because they do not like torah observance or 7th day sabbath observance or the holy days, or circumcision... They tried to replace biblical and historical Nazarenes and Jesseans with Roman Catholicism and the Protestant reformation. Nazarenes and Jessaeans are still here today and we are a minority: https://old.bitchute.com/video/PAIae7A4jvyM/ Still persecuted by Catholics and Protestants. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.
Romans 12:3 ESV
The grace Paul is speaking of is the favor God showed him in appointing him as an apostle to the nations, and all of the authority and responsibility that comes with that commission.
Grace isn't a divinely bestowed super power. It's unobligated favor, an honor bestowed on one person by another. Just as God showed Paul grace in making him a teacher and evangelist, he graces every person in his kingdom with a unique set of skills and a mission to accomplish for the his glory and for the growth of his kingdom. That doesn't mean we all have a commission as high as Paul's, but as Paul pointed out elsewhere, every part of a body is important, no matter how lowly it might seem.
God has given you grace by making you who you are and by giving you a role to play in his plan.

This week's Torah portion was about the garments of the High Priest. Our High Priest (Yeshua, a priest forever. after the order of Melech Tzeddik) wears the same garments. And not only is He our High Priest, He is also our Great Shepherd. What do shepherds do? They protect the flock.
This week's teaching is about what we need to be protected from.

TUES BIBLE STUDY 7:30 PM ET, WENS THE SLEDGEHAMMER SHOW 7:30 PM ET, SHABBAT 11 AM ET.
Everyone has a story and almost everyone has experienced a moment in which everything changed. Maybe there was a long buildup or maybe it came like a flash flood, but there was a single event or realization that triggered a fundamental shift in world view. For believers in Yeshua, that moment might have been when we realized who he really is or when we realized that some major things we were taught about him and his ministry just weren't true. That's the moment when we began an exodus from our own personal Egypt.
Join the Common Sense Bible Study community at 7 PM CDT on April 4th for a live conversation with Dr. Dinah Dye about her Leaving Egypt experience. Only members of Common Sense Bible Study will be able to participate in this conversation, but membership is free!
Dr. Dye was raised in Ottawa, Canada, in a conservative Jewish home. She attended Hebrew school, celebrated the festivals with her family, and enjoyed summers at an Orthodox Jewish summer camp. Dinah spent her teen years and early twenties deeply involved in the New Age movement. During those years, she came to the belief that truth would be based on three things: it would be easy to understand, it would be for everyone, and it would be based on love. She met that truth in 1979 in Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah.
Dinah served in a number of teaching positions with Assemblies of God and was the Director of the Bible Institute for Foursquare International. She has also taught in a variety of media venues including GLC (God’s Learning Channel), Son Broadcasting in New Mexico, and BRAD TV in South Korea.
Dinah recognized the importance of connecting the Gospels and the Epistles to their foundation in the Torah (first five books of the Bible). That understanding led to the creation of her ministry, Foundations in Torah. Dr. Dye holds a DMIN in Hebraic Studies in Christianity and has been teaching the Hebraic foundation of the New Testament for nearly 40 years. Dinah’s teachings are available on her membership website in audio and video formats. She speaks regularly at conferences and for local congregations throughout the United States, Canada, and internationally.
Currently, Dr. Dye hosts a radio show with author Jeff Morton called Returning to Eden, where the two discuss the language of the Kingdom of God from a Biblical and ancient Near Eastern perspective. She also has a weekly TV show on ITVN (Israel TV Network).
Dinah’s real passion is to help students of the Bible recognize the Hebraic nature of the New Testament Scriptures, as well as the ancient Near East world. Dr. Dye’s research revolves around the Temple which she suggests is the framework for understanding the entire Bible.

If the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, so is the whole lump, and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
Romans 11:16 ESV
What does "firstfruits" and "root" refer to in Romans 11:16? The context makes it clear. This chapter is talking about how God will never forsake the natural branches of Israel because of the promises he made to Israel's patriarchs. The firstfruit of the dough and the root of the tree are the patriarchs: Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

When and How to Interpret Scripture
The bible is written in a style that us westerners aren’t familiar with. By learning a couple things about how scripture was written and expected to be received, we can glean a lot more truth even in our native languages. This message touches on the way first century believers would have interpreted the Old Testament and subsequently wrote the New. These tips will help you understand the scriptures closer to their original intent, when things are supposed to be taken literally, and when they aren’t. These are very big helps when trying to understand prophecy and the Apostle Paul.
Doing what's right isn't always "nice".

An introduction to the ancient Way of righteousness
Yeshua said to go and make disciples from all the nations.
Matthew 28:18-20 ESV
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
But if we're going to make disciples of other people, then we need to be good disciples ourselves. How are we supposed to teach others how to live, when we ourselves live as if we didn't care about our own lives?
There are tens of thousands of books about self-improvement. There's nothing wrong with working to become a better person, but the world's approach is fatally flawed by its focus on ME.
Make more money! Become famous! Be the boss! Get a better job!
None of which is necessarily bad in itself, if it serves a good purpose, but what is your purpose? Are you trying to be a better you and get that promotion because you think you'll feel better about yourself? That's probably never going to work.
Our goal--the ultimate self-improvement plan--is to become more like Yeshua. This is the plan that God has for us! See Romans 8:29.
In this video, Sean Esposito joined Common Sense Bible study to talk about a more Biblical approach to self-improvement.
Sean is a former atheist turned minister. He has worked with Tom Bradford at Seed of Abraham Ministries and currently teaches faith and character development through Simplicity Faith (SimplicityFaith.com).
He says, "My encouragement is very, very simple: character development into the image of God and Messiah--stirring people to realize their role in self-disciplined intentional character development unto the ways of God, for which we were all created."

BGMCTV MESSIANIC LESSON 933 A house divided…the national divorce

SYNOPSIS: What is a national divorce? I thought that only people could get divorced not nations? In this lesson we are going to study YESHUA’S words in the Gospel of Mark about being a kingdom or a house divided. Can a kingdom get divided from YEHOVAH but not some of the households? What will happen then, to those people? What happens to a kingdom that sinks below 5% of its people not believing in ELOHIM or the WORD? Can anyone say Mayans, Inca’s, Emori, Kena`ani, Girgashi and the Y'vusi?

HASHABBAT LESSON: THE NATIONAL DIVORCE. Mark 3:22-26 A HOUSE DIVIDED. Yechezk'el (Ezekiel) 16:23-41 make a ruin, tear down, strip you, take away your jewels, and leave you. Sh’mot (Ex) 31:12-18 breaking this law will get you the death penalty. Sh’mot (Ex) 32:1-28 the national divorce.
